This paper constructed a robust methodology to investigate the impact of news regarding macroeconomic policies on exchange rate fluctuations, and examined applicability qualitative information alongside historical data predict rates. To do so, hybrid machine learning algorithms comprised natural language processing, fuzzy logic, support vector regression have been constructed. study emphasizes significance investors’ subjective consideration, decision-making process, causality volatility. perceive expected unexpected inflation rate, interest unemployment balance trade, credit ratings has extracted from web. Learning automata adopted construct unique lexicon for textual analysis. Subjective considerations decision makers based evaluated by processing using prospect theory composing antecedents logic phase. The method attained correlation value between rate. Finally, predicted daily basis. statistical test results indicated strong recently published fluctuations their usability predicting rates in short term, while emphasizing sustainable stability.
